I wish more people understood “invisible” chronic illnesses. I always feel like when I mention I’m in pain or tired or just don’t feel 100% that people think I’m just complaining, over exaggerating, or just coming up with an excuse to not do something. No I’m not just lazy, I’m not a hypochondriac, I do my best with what energy I have and sometimes it’s just not enough. Just because someone LOOKS healthy doesn’t necessarily mean they are. I’m a spoonie.
